Description Minimize the risk of infection using The Johnson & Johnson ACTISORB Silver 220 Antimicrobial Binding Dressing. It is a sterile primary dressing, comprised of activated charcoal cloth, impregnated with silver, within a spun bonded nylon envelope. Within the dressing, there is 220 mg silver per 100 g activated charcoal cloth equating to 33 g of silver per square centimeter of cloth. Combining broad-spectrum antimicrobial action with bacterial toxin management and odor control. It may help reduce infection in partial and full-thickness wounds such as pressure ulcers, venous ulcers, diabetic ulcers, first- and second-degree burns, donor sites and surgical wounds.
